You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website to commit fraud, gain unauthorised access, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious software, violate any applicable local, state, or federal law, or provide false or misleading information.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, minor differences may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing variations, or continuous updates to equipment specifications.

4. Prices and Payment

All product prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD $). Prices include applicable taxes or mandatory charges where required by law.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed for dispatch. Payments are handled securely through accredited, encrypted third-party payment gateways (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

5. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send an automated order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your purchase.

An order confirmation does not constitute final binding acceptance if there is an issue with product availability, inventory stockouts, technical pricing errors, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, or another legitimate business reason.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact our support desk immediately at support@muneres.com or call +1 (800) 892-4150. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before freight carrier pickup.

Once an order has departed our distribution center and is loaded onto an LTL freight truck, the cancellation will be processed under our standard Return & Refund Policy.

7. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, costs, and estimated delivery times are governed by our official Shipping Policy. Standard curbside freight delivery with hydraulic liftgate service is provided free of charge ($0.00 USD) across the contiguous 48 United States.

Estimated delivery times (typically 3–5 business days) are not legally guaranteed and may be affected by carrier transit delays, severe weather disruptions, regional freight hub congestions, public holidays, incorrect delivery addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy. Eligible unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Nothing in that policy or these Terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable state or federal law.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, appropriate remedies may include expedited replacement parts, a full unit replacement, a repair authorization, or a complete refund.

Subject to the above, MUNERES will not be responsible for indirect, punitive, or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by improper installation, misuse, or neglect of commercial equipment contrary to operating manuals.

We will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, freight transport disruptions, utility blackouts, strikes, mechanical breakdowns, or governmental emergency mandates.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
